Transparent PNG at 300 DPI is ideal — the background drops out cleanly and edges stay crisp. We also accept SVG, AI, PDF, and PSD. For best quality, keep your design at least the size you want it printed (e.g., 30 cm wide).
Our published rate kicks in from 1 piece for white & black tees (ready stock). For 30+ other colors, the MOQ is 80 pcs with a 3–4 day lead time. Single-piece D2C orders are welcome — just expect slightly higher per-piece rates.
The more you order, the lower the per-piece rate. There are 3 tiers: under 50 pcs, 50+ pcs (unlocks free custom neck label), and 100+ pcs (unlocks branded courier bag too). You'll see live tier rates in the panel as you configure.
Standard delivery is 5–7 days from design approval. Rush orders (3 days) possible on small quantities — ask us. Lead time stretches to 7–10 days for non-stock colors due to the 3–4 day blank tee lead time.
Yes. Front + back, sleeve, different sizes per design — all fine. Mention it in the notes. If your designs total under a meter, our gang sheet tool may save you money.
Yes — toggle "I need help with design" in the builder. We'll guide you through font selection, color setup, and print-ready file creation. There's a small design fee depending on complexity; we'll quote upfront.
